How to add an email sender to your safe list?

Found your login email in your spam or junk folder? 

In order to be able to click on the links, you will be required to add the email address to the safe sender list.

  1. Open the email (in the spam/junk folder).
  2. Click on the “Report as Not Spam” menu in individual email.

Note: The wording may be slightly different for each email provider.

Once the email is marked safe, it should move to your main inbox and you should be able to use the links to activate your profile and login.
