Hello, I’m Holly! I’ve been a Beauty Therapist for 17 years. During that time, I have worked in many Day Spas and Beauty Salons – both in Australia and overseas. I have started my own salon, freelanced as a Makeup Artist and competed in Beauty Therapy competitions which have taken place around the globe.
I gained so much valuable experience as a therapist, I became a trainer and assessor so I could mentor budding therapists and continue working with people. I have been teaching beauty for 10 years and have managed two beauty RTOs and a makeup academy. I have also worked as an International Spa trainer, where I got to visit 5-star day spas around the globe to train and upskill therapists.
I love being creative, being organised and creating a fun learning environment for my students. I am grateful for my career choice. I love my job and the endless opportunities this industry can offer you.

Alana is an internationally trained Makeup Artist and Hair Stylist. Her love for art and makeup started at a very early age, and in 2011, it blossomed into a career.
Originally from Perth, WA, Alana has progressed from retail cosmetic counters to living in the UK, where she worked and developed her craft, styling clients for photo shoots from a studio in the centre of London. In 2016, Alana moved to Brisbane to continue building her freelance business and is now currently teaching and mentoring students in makeup artistry and hair styling techniques. Alana is incredibly passionate about promoting the use of Vegan Hair and Makeup products and because of this works from a completely Vegan and Cruelty Free Hair and Makeup kit.
Alana has extensive experience working with TV personalities, recording artists, talented teams on movie sets, as well as enjoying the fast paced environment at fashion shows. Alana is inspired by helping people to feel empowered in their own skin and is driven to create looks which are sculpted to fit every individual.

Pam is passionate about empowering people to reach their highest potential. The success of others drives her.
Pam has her own business as a Wellbeing Strategist. Assisting others to achieve optimal wellness through the release of interference of body, mind and spirit. Pam faced her own mobility issue and embarked on understanding movement and breathing. How the physical body adapts and functions as the body releases interference and how to accommodates the changes as the mind and spirit aligns.

I take tremendous pride in inspiring young hairdressers. In the classroom, I love creating an environment that is inclusive to everyone. I get great joy from mentoring apprentices and helping them grow into capable and confident professionals.

I began a Hairdressing and Beautician course when I was 15 years old, I ended up getting a tea and tidy job which led me into the pathway of my apprenticeship in hairdressing of over 30 years now. I’m extremely passionate about colour, I feel like if it moves it should be coloured so needless to say my little dog has had some colour experiences from me, not sure if he liked them. I’m excited about fulfilling your training needs and hope to bring a little vibrance into the classroom.

Certificate III Nail Technology
I have been a nail technician for 7.5 years. My true passion in the industry is nail art, 3D art, fantasy work as well as extreme nail shapes, sculptures and creating an illusion with nail products, and pushing it beyond its limits. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and feel that in a classroom my energy and passion for the industry is infectious, giving students the courage to also believe in themselves, to create beautiful work. I wish to show students, how they can think outside the box and break boundaries. In 2021 I achieved a 1st place win in the NZ nail competition and two 1st place wins in Antalya (Turkey) World Cup Nail Championship.

After 39 years in the Barbering industry, Jeff is looking to give back with some of the tips and tricks he’s learnt in that time.
One of his favourite things about barbering is the friendly banter that happens in the shop environment and there will be plenty of that if you’re in the training room with him.

We enrol every quarter. We follow the same terms as the Qld Public School System. This means you have normal school holiday breaks and start fresh for a new term. You can enrol in January, April, July, and October.
Demi International offers a High School Based Program where senior students 15 years and over in years 10, 11, and 12 can study for an industry certificate or diploma while completing their Queensland Certificate of Education. This is a great way to kick-start your career!
