Demi International Beauty Academy offers nationally recognised training in Certificate III in Nail Technology. We work closely with Industry Experts and continue to provide the right kind of training, so our graduates have the best chance of creating their dream career and developing an industry network. You will work with multiple clients over your 20 weeks of training, building a portfolio of your work as you complete each set of nails and nail art. You will learn how to use online booking systems for your clients, take payments, and learn how to create a business you can manage and love.

A Certificate III in Nail Technology with Demi International can be a stand-alone skill-set or you have the opportunity to enrol in a dual qualification (reducing your costs) and complete a Certificate III in Hairdressing SHB30416, Dual Certificate III in Beauty SHB30121 and Certificate III in Makeup SHB30221 for a more dynamic skill-set. This online nail tech course is designed both for the beginner and for those who have basic self-taught nail skills that want to take their skills to a professional level. Learn the skills you will need to carve out a rewarding career as a Nail Technician and Nail Artist.

You will learn the basics from Mani and Pedi to the application of Gel and Acrylic Nails. You will explore the creativity and skill in nail art and learn to use all the equipment, product, and tools for the perfect nail.

Choose Online Study or Blended Delivery (combination of online learning and on campus training).

All students will be required to pay a non-refundable, non-transferable enrolment fee of $1100.00 at enrolment. This can be paid by Zip Pay, Afterpay, Credit Card, or Eftpos. This secures a place in the course.

What you’ll learn.

You will learn everything from the basics of a Mani and Pedi right through to the more complicated Gel and Acrylic sets with Nail Art. Learn all about the nail, different nail conditions and treatments for better nail health. Learn about the different nail shapes and how to use an electric file safely to achieve a client’s preferred shape without damaging the nail. You will be encouraged to work to industry timeframes so you are job-ready when you graduate. Business is also a valuable part of this qualification, where you will learn how to plan a business and use social media to market it.

I have been a nail technician for 7.5 years. My true passion in the industry is nail art, 3D art, fantasy work as well as extreme nail shapes, sculptures and creating an illusion with nail products, and pushing it beyond its limits. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and feel that in a classroom my energy and passion for the industry is infectious, giving students the courage to also believe in themselves, to create beautiful work.
